An idea. A connection.
QR code exports: PNG, SVG and print PDF
PNG is a raster image with a fixed pixel size. SVG describes shapes and scales without losing edge sharpness. A print PDF places the code on a page at a chosen physical size. Choose the format for the application receiving the file, then check the actual output.

How it works
- 01
Use a high-contrast design and run the readability check.
- 02
Choose PNG resolution, SVG or a print layout with the required dimensions.
- 03
Inspect the exported file and scan a physical sample at its intended viewing distance.
What to keep in mind
Do not crop the blank border or stretch width and height independently. Increasing an existing low-resolution PNG does not restore lost detail.
Frequently asked questions
- Is SVG always accepted by office software?
- Support depends on the application and version. If SVG import fails, export a sufficiently large PNG and keep its aspect ratio.
