Service and pricing
QRinio is provided by BundS GmbH. The quotas stated with the offer apply. QRinio is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid offers in the future. You will only incur charges if you expressly agree to such an offer.
Your content
Only publish content you are entitled to use and share. Illegal content, phishing, malware and abusive use are prohibited. Keep your sign-in details confidential. You can delete your account and saved content.
Review and restrictions
We review reports manually and may remove illegal content or content that violates these rules, restrict access, or suspend accounts for serious or repeated violations. We consider the circumstances and the rights of those involved. Automatic request limits prevent abuse. Affected users receive reasons for restrictions and information about available remedies where required by law.

Users and authorities can contact info@qrinio.com in German or English. A person handles enquiries. Further provider details appear in the legal notice.
Data processing agreement
The DPA including its subprocessor annex forms part of these terms. It applies where we process personal data on your behalf. Registration accepts both documents. Anyone opening an account for an organisation identifies it in “Name or organisation” and confirms authority to represent it.
Report content
Report suspected illegal content by email to info@qrinio.com with:
- The exact URL of the content.
- An explanation of why you consider the content illegal.
- Your name and email address. These are not required for reports concerning child sexual abuse or sexual exploitation.
- Confirmation that, to the best of your knowledge, the information is accurate and complete.
We acknowledge receipt without undue delay, carefully review the report and inform you of the decision and available remedies if we have a contact address.
