An idea. A connection.
Automate QR links with the QRinio API
Use the API when your own system should manage QR destinations and short links. It stores resources and returns stable addresses; it is not a server-side PNG rendering service. Your application can render the returned QR address with a QR library or use the browser creator for downloads.

How it works
- 01
Create a read or write API key in account settings and keep it on your server.
- 02
Follow the API documentation to create a resource with an idempotency key.
- 03
Store the resource ID and revision; read the latest version before updating it.
What to keep in mind
Keys inherit the account’s permissions and limits. They do not increase quota. A read key cannot mutate resources; security-sensitive account actions require an interactive session.
Frequently asked questions
- Can a website expose the API key in browser JavaScript?
- No. Treat the key like a password and call the API from your own server. Revoke a key immediately if it is exposed.
