An idea. A connection.

Create one QR code for multiple links

A QR code contains one address. To offer several destinations, that address opens a selection page. A QRinio link page displays labelled links for visitors to choose from. You can later edit their order and destinations in the saved resource.

A workshop’s counter sign offers three choices: book an appointment, see services and find directions. The most useful next step appears first.

Make the selection easy to use

Use specific labels such as “Price list PDF” instead of repeating “Click here”. Up to 20 links are supported, but a short selection is easier to navigate. Separate distinct tasks; several nearly identical offers make the code’s purpose harder to understand.

For different languages, provide one clearly labelled link per version. QRinio does not translate those documents for you. Check each destination on a phone and while signed out if it is intended for all visitors.

Publish and maintain the same resource

A hosted link page needs a verified account, a saved resource and explicit publication. It uses the dynamic QR quota. Logos and images also use the shared file-storage allowance.

Edit links within the existing resource to preserve the printed address. Inspect the public page after saving. A newly created resource has a different address and does not automatically replace a code already printed.

How it works

  1. 01

Choose Links and enter a clear title, useful link labels and their addresses.

  2. 02

Put the most important destinations first, preview the page and explicitly publish the saved resource.

  3. 03

Scan on a signed-out phone and open every destination before printing the sign.

What to keep in mind

The published page is accessible to anyone with its link. It is not private document storage. For restricted access, the destination must provide suitable authentication itself.

Frequently asked questions

Can I replace links after printing?
Yes. Edit the existing published resource. Its QR address remains the same while you keep that resource and its domain.
Are individual button clicks counted automatically?
QRinio redirect statistics count page requests through its channels. They do not establish individual button clicks. If needed, label destinations separately with short links or UTM parameters.
